Can I use my own contractors for repairs?
Yes you can however over the years we have found that local contractors tend to be less costly. Most of the contractors we use are small companies with little overhead, and often give the lowest bid for the job.
Do you charge a set-up fee?
We do not charge a set-up fee.
Do you charge the tenant a security deposit? What about a pet fee?
Yes. Our policy is that the security deposit is typically one month's rent. Pets are not allowed without your permission. When pets are allowed, an additional pet fee of typically $300 is required for each cat, dog or other animal. This fee is given to the owner. Any damage above and beyond the pet fee remains the tenant’s responsibility.
What are your tenant criteria?
We do an extensive application check to ensure only the most qualified tenants are approved. We perform a background check, income verification, and rental history on each adult.
